GREEN×EXPO 2027 runs from 19 March to 26 September 2027 at the former Kamiseya communications site in Yokohama. Advance adult tickets cost ¥4,900 (≈ $31) until 18 March 2027, then ¥5,500 (≈ $35) at the regular price. There's no station at the site, so plan on a shuttle bus. It's a six-month international horticultural exhibition, and the opening weeks overlap with Japan's spring. The official ticket page said visit-date reservations would be added later, so check before you buy. We have no photos from the site, so this page's photo is from Kyoto.

The official ticket page says the reservation of a visit date and time "will be introduced at a later date". One third-party guide says a ticket alone won't get you in, and another listing says reservations opened on 18 September 2026. These don't line up, so use the official site as your guide. Shuttle buses and parking are booked separately.
The venue is in Yokohama's Asahi and Seya wards, a long way from Yokohama Station and the waterfront.
• Shuttle bus: the official access options include shuttle buses, and shuttle booking has its own official site. Third-party guides point to Seya Station as a main stop. Confirm the stops and fare on the official access page.
• Car: you need an advance reservation for the North or West car park. The expo also lists a park-and-ride shuttle.
• Walking or cycling: both are listed, but one guide could not confirm a walking route from the station for visitors.
If you're coming from abroad, our Haneda vs Narita guide covers the airports.

• Late March and April: the spring opening, and an easy add-on to a cherry blossom trip. Blossom timing depends on the year.
• July and August: the Summer Pass period, and hot and humid in the Tokyo area, so the Night ticket may suit a short visit.
• Before you commit: the official pages we checked did not list daily opening hours, so confirm them before planning around the 17:00 entry.
